Welcome to London!
Forums are not like other conferences you may have been to. They are designed to maximize the free exchange of experiences and interests amongst its member participants in a balanced way. You will find three types of engagement options in three different ways:
- General Sessions with everyone in a ballroom setting and a more formal, directed conversation.
- Breakout Sessions are a mix of topics and agenda items that are participant-driven discussions and working sessions.
- Social Settings such as meals, receptions, activities, and other events to allow more self-directed interaction and networking.
These represent the three key mechanics we use to help you and your organizations learn and grow at the Forums. Every breakout session at the Forum is a dynamic conversation and discussion between members in which to share best practices and successes along with learning from one another about beginning, implementing, and improving on your own efforts. The breakout sessions are purposely succinct in their titling and description to allow the participants to drive more of the content, priority, and overall direction of the sessions. Facilitators from each session you register for will be reaching out to you in advance to gain your input for that session and help ensure that you are able to maximize your participation in it.
In addition to member participants from a broad spectrum of asset management firms, a curated selection of Vendor Partners has been invited by members for showing deep understanding and dedication to this space in the financial services industry and in particular to Sales, Marketing, Client Servicing and the tools, technologies, and practices that enable them. However, unlike other conferences, our Vendor Partners do not have booths, tables, or other dedicated space at the events. On the contrary, we invite them to participate in the sessions as a means for them to continue learning about what we are tasked with, how they may be of help and how they have assisted others in similar situations as us. They are forbidden from making sales pitches but encouraged to share their accomplishments and experiences with you as source of expertise and broad exposure to our industry. As such please be open to learning and sharing with them. It’s free!

Director, Global Product Management, SalesPage Technologies
Tom Bruno joined SalesPage in 2022, focusing on strategic data and distribution solutions for global asset managers seeking to strengthen their enterprise data and analytics capabilities in support of truly global distribution models. Prior to joining SalesPage, Tom worked in business leadership, product and business development, and consulting roles in the asset management, consulting, and the asset/wealth servicing markets. Throughout his career, Tom has helped firms and their clients navigate large-scale digital and organizational transformations and the successful deployment of sales enablement and cloud & analytic initiatives
om has broad international experience grounded in time spent living and working in Luxembourg, the UK, as well as the broader EU, Latin America, and Asia Pacific regions. Tom helped lead the formation of the Luxembourg transfer agency business for IFDS – then a joint venture between DST Systems and State Street Corporation – serving as MD and Conducting Officer. He has held management, technology, and operations roles with several asset managers including Neuberger Berman, Putnam Investments, State Street Research (BlackRock), and Phoenix Investment Partners (Virtus). Tom resides in the NYC area and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Massachusetts.
Director, Global Program Management, SalesPage Technologies
Trevor Hunt joined SalesPage in 2022 as the first Global Program Director. With more than 30 years’ experience in Financial Services operations and technology, he is responsible for success in the delivery of SalesPage capabilities.
His track record includes Board, CIO, CTO and COO roles in several major global investment managers, as well as being a passionate driver of change. He’s spent time working in Asia, Europe and the US as well as remote management of large delivery teams. His career started in what would currently be called a fintech – a small team in the front room of a large house working on one of the first ever Treasury dealing systems.
Chief Growth Officer, Bluprintx
David leads the growth team at Bluprintx, with responsibility for GTM Strategy, Brand, Sales Enablement, Revenue and Commercial Operations. David helps businesses achieve efficient and effective growth through data and technology-empowered strategies that generate actionable insight. Before joining Bluprintx, David headed up global marketing operations at leading enterprises and scale-ups including Sage, BNY Mellon and Qlik, having previously worked in operations and sales roles for Oracle, Fujitsu Siemens Computers and Hewlett Packard.
Principal Analyst, Forrester Research
Simon is a widely experienced B2B revenue operations specialist. He has an extensive track record delivering solutions to data, technology, and process challenges with a focus on driving and facilitating go-to-market strategy, execution, and measurement. Client-side and consulting project highlights include marketing automation implementation, audience data enhancement, campaign and lead process improvement, and analytics delivery throughout Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific across the technology, telecom, engineering, publishing, and public sectors.
As a Principal Analyst at Forrester Research, Simon is engaged in researching, writing and speaking on wide ranging aspects of revenue operations to guide marketing leaders on best practices and winning strategies for their businesses.
Liam Martin, CFA
Director, Global Insights at Broadridge
Liam is a member of the insights and analytics team at Broadridge. Using data from Broadridge’s Fund Buyer Focus research program which annually interviews over a 1000 fund selectors globally, along with investment flows and assets data, he helps asset managers understand product trends and the evolving needs of intermediary clients.
Patrick Murphy is an innovator in the financial services industry. Prior to launching XALT he was at the forefront of the transformation of OTC derivative markets to electronic markets at both GFI Group and IMEX, a commodities exchange backed by the Qatari Sovereign Wealth Fund.
As the founder of XALT, he has revolutionised sales operations and client interactions with his groundbreaking platform. Daniel Irons is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales enablement and client experience. As the Global Head of Sales Enablement at Aviva Investors, he has deep experience in asset management products and services, driving deeper engagement across stakeholders and enhancing sales and client servicing activities.
With over 13 years of experience at Aviva Investors, Daniel has played a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies to elevate client experience. Daniel’s expertise extends to his previous role as a Client Relationship Manager at Aviva Investors and Citi, where he managed focus accounts within Equity and Fixed Income. He is recognized for his leadership, collaborative approach, and ability to drive results.
Senior Business Manager EMEA & LATAM, Janus Henderson Investors
Robert Willson is a Senior Business Manager at Janus Henderson Investors. With over 9 years of experience in the company, he has worked in multiple different roles within distribution. He has worked in Sales Support and Sales roles within the UK Sales team and more recently in a newly created Business Management function for EMEA & LatAm.
Robert combines his experience of servicing clients with his knowledge of technology and data to help drive the strategy and support the wider sales and marketing team in delivering a better service to Janus Henderson clients.
Distribution Business Manager, J.O. Hambro Capital Management
Jon is the Distribution Business Manager at J O Hambro Capital Management, with responsibilities across Distribution and Product Strategy, Distribution Infrastructure, and Sales Insights. He plays a vital role in driving the company’s distribution efforts, drawing upon his 15+ years’ experience from key positions at Aviva Investors and Aberdeen Asset Management. He has helped develop and lead innovation initiatives, with a keen interest in how data and technology can enrich client engagement and distribution effectiveness.
Global Director of Innovation, Fundamental Group
Oli is responsible for driving innovation for Fundamental Group globally. Recently Oli has been leading the technical product development of a new MarTech business unit; Alphix which focuses on delivering cookie free marketing intelligence aimed at Asset Managers.
Prior to Fundamental Group, Oli has spent over 10 years working at the forefront of the data enabled advertising industry, focusing on programmatic and marketing automation having worked at the Financial Times as global programmatic manager, Publicis Media as Programmatic Solutions consultant and eBay as Head of Advertising, UK.

Anthony Busacca is a highly accomplished business professional with more than 35 years of experience in the corporate world, as well as over 10 years of experience as an entrepreneur. He has a proven track record of success in driving growth, managing teams, and delivering results across a range of industries.
Mr. Busacca began his career in the financial sector, holding senior leadership positions in finance, operations, and business development at several prominent companies. He honed his skills in strategic planning, financial analysis, and team management, and gained deep expertise in industries such as banking, insurance, and investment management.
In 2009, Mr. Busacca made the leap into entrepreneurship, founding his own company focused on providing innovative solutions in the financial services industry. As the CEO of his own firm, he demonstrated his ability to identify new opportunities, develop effective strategies, and build high-performing teams.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Busacca has earned a reputation as a dynamic and results-driven leader. The SME Forum, COO
In 2018 Hazem took over the SME Forum and focuses most of his efforts there. Since its founding more than 15 years ago, The Forum has been a growing dynamic community of practitioners from the Asset Management industry who have roles in supporting the Sales, Marketing, Operations and Technology departments of their respective organizations. The deep degrees of trust in sharing best practices, avoiding pitfalls, and learning from one another are hallmarks of how valuable this community continues to be for each firm and the individual employees.
As one of the original members, he has been a continual driver of the Forum’s growth and maturity since its inception in 2003. Initially the senior representative for OppenheimerFunds, he grew to be a leader in the development of the CRM Forum, providing guidance, mentorship, facilitation and participation in various aspect of the organization’s events over the years. Hazem took over ownership and primary responsibilities for running the organization in 2018. He also continues to provide consulting services to the industry under his Thoth Advisory Services organization.
Prior to the Forum, Hazem spent more than fifteen years at OppenheimerFunds in several different roles, always as a proven change agent to help define and implement appropriate and necessary improvements to propel the business. He worked most closely with the sales and marketing divisions directing their technology needs and adoption, onboarding third-party services, in addition to portfolios such as data management, reporting and analytics, business continuity and disaster recovery, among other responsibilities.
